Use of the Collections
The reproduction of any images, files, data and/or any other materials included within the Canadian Ski Museum/ Canadian Ski Hall of Fame web pages is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Reproducing materials from the Canadian Ski Museum/Canadian Ski Hall of Fame's collections:
- Information and photographs contained on the Canadian Ski Museum / Canadian Ski Hall of Fame website are for personal use or educational use only. Any other use requires the written permission of the Museum.
- Images from the Canadian Ski Museum/Canadian Ski Hall of Fame website are made available for non-commercial personal use only.
- It is strictly prohibited to use or reproduce images from the Canadian Ski Museum/Canadian Ski Hall of Fame for commercial publication or personal gain in any format without prior written approval from the CSM.
- The Canadian Ski Museum reserves the right to determine what and how materials within its care can be used and to levy fees for use or digital reproduction. Because the Canadian Ski Museum is a non-government, charitable organization we must charge a fee for the reproduction of images from our collection, this is a means of sustaining our programs and collection.
- Use of images from the Canadian Ski Museum are governed by the "Use of Reproductions Policy" and "Conditions of Use agreement" (below).
- If you are interested in acquiring a digital copy of an image from the Museum please contact us at least 14 days before your deadline. Please note that the Museum does not hold the rights to every image within the collections, it is the user's responsibility to determine what copyright obligations relate any and all materials requested - the interpretation of the Copyright Act is not the role of the Museum.
